I actually do miss it. The only time I complained was because of the profession specific bonuses, like paragons with leadership, and assassins with critical strikes. It's way more fun than perma because anyone who could play 1/4 of EoTN could have the skill and roll through anything while having a blast smashing 1-2-3.

Excellent point! I remember rank 5-6 could be obtained by completing EoTN and turning in a full book. The r9+ made me want to cry.

Don't miss Ursan, as i never used it outside 'blood washes blood', which I completed back in 2007.

I was about as shocked as you were. I can't stand anything about that besides the armor they re-did, cut the price, and modified the name. I think I completed it more than once to :O

No, not really.

When Ursan first started up it was all right, but it eventually caused the bad players to come out in droves, thinking that they could get away with anything because it was Ursan, and all you needed was R10 Norn. You'd see things like rangers saying "I didn't bring a bow because I'm running Ursan", and the whole situation degenerated from "GLF Ursan" to "GLF Ursan R10" to "GLF URSAN R10 MUST HAVE CONSET" fairly quickly.

As for the original, unnerfed skill, eh, whatever, it's in Blood Washes Blood, and I don't care as long as it stays there instead of being ported around all of Tyria.

i liked ursan better than i like perma form, at least everyone could use ursan, only sins can use sf (without consumables)

Thing is there will always be a skill/skillbar that people don't like.

Ursan - made everything easy therefore hated by the PvE elite

Can't remember all of them, but they also capped armour and health bonuses and took away benefits from primary attributes, so you couldn't crit-strike or soulreap your way to perma-Ursan.

Never used it for leet pve high end farming (lol high end pve; the term makes me laaaaaaaaugh). I think they just renamed it to Shadow Form, except now you need 25 consumables to run it if you're not a sin primary.

It only lasts 60 seconds before ending and the primary attribute benefit was removed.

naw, I don't miss UB. never used it outside of whatever mission it was obtained/required for (can't even remember name). I'll tell you what I do miss. the epic slap-fighting and foot stomping of the guru e-leet. however, that has been replaced as of late with the nerf SC/SF thread though.

Yes - I Do miss Ursan alot!

Ursan for me was my way of getting easy vanquish titles and mission titles -
Ursan is the reason in why i got into titles, it was fun , but way to easy...
